Dounsky Group L.L.C-FZ is responsible for the content of this site and for the service behind it, and is the data controller for studio accounts. For anything a studio files about its own clients, the studio is the controller and Ecrino is its processor — the privacy page explains the difference and why it decides who you should write to.

Intellectual property

The Ecrino name, the site and the software are ours. Everything a studio puts into it — its clients, stones, designs, photographs and offers — stays the studio’s, and we take no licence to it beyond running the service.

Governing law

The terms of service are governed by the law of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction — without depriving a consumer of the mandatory protection of the law where they live.

Complaints

Write to support@ecrino.com first; most things are a misunderstanding and are fixed the same week. On data protection specifically, you also have the right to complain to the supervisory authority where you live, and in the United Arab Emirates to the UAE Data Office.
